Clinical Pilates Classes Offered at the Dynamic Studio

Pilates Mat Class

Aimed at specifically creating muscle balance in the body. Focus on trunk and pelvic stability, and spine control. Small classes to allow for individual attention. Classes range from beginners through to advanced.

Pilates Equipment

Similar to Pilates Mat, using specifically designed Pilates equipment. Specific to your needs. Individually designed and supervised 1—4 participants.

Pilates Duet Class

Supervised pilates equipment class for a 1 hour session. Only two people per class. Ideal for new clients to pilates or for those wanting more 1-1 individual attention with the pilates instructor.

Each Client is required to have a pilates assessment prior to starting these sessions. Each program is individually designed for the client.

Pilates Fees

Equipment Classes

An Initial assessment must be carried out prior to starting equipment classes. (30 mins $88)

Initial class – $50

10 Visit Pass – $420.00 deposit paid in full up front for 10 visits ($42.00 per class)

Permanent Position – $380.00 or ($190.00 for 5 visit pass), deposit paid in full up front for 10 visits ($42.00 per class 1 free class). Must attend same class time/day each week (dependant on current availability). Must have already completed one 10 visit pass.

Individual 1:1 Tuition – Private session with physiotherapist $145 for 1 hour session. Must be outside of the Pilates scheduled times so full use of equipment is available.

• All equipment classes claimable through private health insurance (depending on your personal cover). Casual classes can be claimed immediately through HICAPS. Block of 10 visits can be claimed after each attendance by going to health fund.
• Please remember no refunds can be given on deposits
• If paying casually you are only permitted to book one week in advance for any classes.

All classes attended at 6:30am or after 6pm MUST HAVE A DEPOSIT (no reception available)

Cancellation policy – 24hrs notice must be given for cancellation of any class otherwise a full cancellation fee will apply.

Pilates Mat Class

Casual – $25 per visit

10 Class Pass – $200 deposit paid in full up front for 10 visits ($20 per class)
