Bone and Body Strengthening
Is a combination of cardiovascular, core stability and general strengthening exercises performed in a fun, group atmosphere. It is suitable for all ages with a focus on those with special medical needs such as arthritis or osteoporosis (but isn’t limited to these groups).
Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy – 24 hours notice must be given for cancellation of any class otherwise a full cancellation fee will apply. All classes attended before 8 am and after 6 pm must have a deposit or be prepaid (No reception available).
Gym Programme
We can design an individualised gym programme that you can do in the comfort and security of our studio or at home. We have casual, 10 visit or 3 month gym passes to the studio.
